Hi I have close to 6YOE from a Tier 3 college and working as a Java backend dev in one of the private banks. I want to make the switch to a pure tech/product based company but can’t find anything in Mumbai and i cant get myself to leave Mumbai(born and brought up here) and going to get married soon. Tried working from Bangalore/ Hyd for a week and couldnt get myself to like the cities. What are my options if i’m targeting 40+ LPA companies? Every big company i speak to has stopped remote. Wouldn’t even mind a Pune based Hybrid role.
