Currently I’m in a 600 member saas company with 23L CTC (60% fixed) - Account Management role. The culture is great and the work was joyful until 3-4 months back. Now its not that joyful nor am I enthusiastic about the company’s future. I have an offer from a 200 member saas company who has grown rapidly even in such economic conditions. Getting an offer of 18 to 20L (90% fixed) - CSM role. What would you choose if you were in my place?

I have a overall experience of 6 years and recently moved into the product role in AI tech. I am being offered a CTC of 35 LPA. How is this as per the market? My research on Glassdoor and other sites gave me a big range, so I am quite perplexed about the asking number. I am planning to move out soon to another company, so help me community- how much are you making?

im a product intern transitioning to APM. Is 13L base a good place to start. I feel its a little too low as everyone seems to be making more than me. I was expecting around 15-18 but market conditions seem bad, should I look for other offers or do y'all think this is a good one Besides comp, work culture is pretty good and the opportunity + room for growth is plenty. The title says it all. While I understand that a lot depends on interview etc still want to understand what is the current market for this role? CTC upper limits etc. I'm based out of Gurgaon, and wanted to understand how the CTC stands when compared with BLR?

Hi guys, I am currently working as an APM at an AI startup(B2B SAAS) working on genAI product. Have 2 YOE and base of 20 LPA. Looking to switch due to growth barrier and work culture. Have given interviews with startups in similar domain for APM roles but getting ghosted after 3-4 rounds. I am looking for 20-30% hike. Am i asking too much? Any suggestions?
