Help - HR Negotiation

I am a DevOps Engineer in a series C funded startup. My current compensation is 40LPA, which included 38LPA fixed, and 2LPA performance bonus. I want to understand what my realistic expectations should be if I look out for another job. I am open to all types of companies, be it a MNC or a well established startup. I can be wrong by a huge margin, but I was expecting somewhere around 75LPA CTC with 70LPA fixed, given the fact that my promotion is due this upcoming December and I am expecting atleast 20% hike on my current CTC and in hand compensation. What are your thoughts on this. And if possible, can you guys also tell me what I should be prepared for if I get an interview opportunity for a senior level DevOps Engineer.

Hi all, I have got my HR round discussion at Accenture for the position of Application Lead coming up next week. Hence I thought of picking your brains to resolve a conundrum regarding a reasonable salary that I can ask for. Location: Bengaluru Current CTC: 15 LPA Expected CTC: 23 - 26 LPA TechStack: Mainframe Developer YOE: 9 years. Can you let me know whether my expected CTC is a reasonable amount considering my YOE, tech stack and location. Or should I ask for more/less ? Thanks for all the advice/suggestions !

Hey Folks, I hope you all are doing extremely well. Wanna get some idea about market pay and the hike I’m getting in a e-commerce company. Worked as a DevOps/Software Engineer for 5 yrs and CCTC is around 30-32 LPA. New company is ready to offer around 42. Is it good offer or should I check for more companies? I know some startup’s are paying like anything and this offer seems to be trivial for 5 yrs experience, but just wanted to know if I should be pursuing this offer or not?
