Salary comparison. LTI Mindtree and TCS

Got offers from these two companies. TCS is offering 2 lacks more thank LTIM. At LTIMindtree I have to go to office 2-3 days/week but in TCS everyday. Suggestions are appreciated.

Accenture (Level 9) : 30 LPA (24 fixed + 27% variable pay) 3. LTIMindtree(P4) : 33 LPA (29 fixed + remaining variable) I really appreciate your help on above query. Thanks!

I am switching to LTIMindtree. I am informed that 2LPA is variable and I will get it twice as every year. HR also said I will get 100% variable since compny is doing well. Is it true? How are the hikes here in LTIMindtree?

Hi All. Before I provide offer details, a little something about me. - 9 Years experience. - Current Company - Mphasis. - 14 LPA CTC. - Worked in mostly Financial Services on Business, Data side. I have a couple of offers from Marlabs and LTI Mindtree, respectively. Offer details below. Marlabs - INR 19 LPA. All fixed. - Bangalore - Consultant Profile (Grade C2) - not sure about how immediate client side deployment will happen. - have a lot of Health and Medical industry clients. LTI Mindtree - INR 22 LPA. 20 LPA fixed. 2 LPA Variable. Unsure what has been last 2 year trend on Variable Payout - Client interviews to be scheduled post onboarding which sounds a bit weird. - Sr. BA profile. - Bangalore I have been trying to push my salary since couple of years as I started low and stayed low for longer than I should have. So that's a incentivising me for LTIM. However, I know the culture might be similar to Mphasis which I am not fully upbeat about. Marlabs has a reputation of not paying a lot. So that's kinda discouraging but the work and the culture seems good from the outside. All opinions welcome 🤗

I have cleared the Accenture interview for management level 9. My current CTC is 9, how much of a hike should I quote as expected? Neither I want to earn less with 5 years of experience nor do I want to be layed off first.
