Honestly depends on the tier of MBA that you belong from. The number can go anywhere from 10 to 30 LPA

In a sales role variable pay is definitely included which is target linked.
For Top-30 B Schools CTC can be 8-30LPA
For other B schools it can be 6-20 LPA
Exceptions can be there in each category.
