Hi,

I started my career as a salesforce developer. Currently I have 3 years of experience in this. But lately, my interests have drawn towards DevOps. I've been closely studying it and it seems really interesting to me. 

I have been thinking if it's possible to switch from Salesforce to DevOps Engineering at this stage? Is it a good idea? What are the pros and cons in the long run? 
If anyone has experience on this or has personally switched between these two domains, please share your views. It will be really helpful for me.
