Share pro hacks that will get you interview calls
I'm looking for some no nonsense hack to get interview calls from HRs that you followed and you feel that it would be helpful for others.
- Linkedin premium
- writing cold message(In mails) to recruiters on linkedin or email.
- Active profile on instahyre or linkedin. I am assuming there might be some metrics visible to recruiters who last applied and what not.
- Learn in public, if you are dev, make sure you share your learning publicly, if not than maybe start writing tech blogs.
- Open source contribution matters no matter which stage of career you are at.
- Proper resume, Someone already said it, to the point resume makes life easy for recruiters thus more chances that will even read the whole goddamn thing.
- ATS score of your resume.
