Is it safe to join Sharechat?

I got a call from Sharechat for PM opening. I hadn't used the product, however now that I have used it to some extent it doesn't seem like a great product tbh. Can someone share some thought as to is it worthwhile even to give an interview there? 
I mean I don't want to join just any company to be fired in the future seeing the scenario around.

What is the probability of generating significant wealth (1-5Cr) by working at startups(Both US headquartered and India headquartered) in India? 
Is Generating wealth through ESOPS normal thing in India or very few lucky ones make such money? 
Do you know guys who have made significant money by working at startups? 
If yes, what parameters one should look for while identifying such startups?

I feel they would be raising for 4-5 months of runway at a time this way. Anybody knows?

The fundraise is an extension of its convertible debt round in which it has already raised $49 million from Tencent and existing investors such as Lightspeed

Sharechat raises $16Mn in extended debt round. Also laid off 5% workforce.

Almost in the last round in ShareChat, should I join this considering they had massive layoffs just few months back. I'll be working in the AI/ML position but I don't want to get laid off again lol.


P.S: the job hunting has been wildd till now. It's tough out there PM Folks!
