Should I change something ?

Have published 10,000+ pieces of financial content in the mainstream media. 4. Wrote a best-selling book on money management. It was No. 1 on Amazon once upon a time. 5. Lately been appearing on TV regularly for personal finance discussions. 6. Saved like crazy through my 20s and 30s, brought two apartments; have an 8-figure net worth mostly thanks to my mutual fund investments. It's not much but it's hard-earned. 7. My unrealised aspiration is travel and I'm working on it now. No, I'm not selling anything. No commissions, no referral links, no finfluencing. I am a 23 grad who has managed to save close to 7 L all cash till now. Plan was to enjoy the first 6 months of job and then start with the financial hustle. Seems, I am ready. Need suggestions to allocate ~5L across equity, gold, FDs and other investment instruments. I have an education loan, so tips on that will also be highly appreciated. Hi I'm currently working on lending side in an Indian Bank. I got offer with a 60% hike in CTC( 30% in fixed). Should I take it as I'm sceptical since the new company is small and not as established. The new role is with the founder however it does not seem to be structured. my current prospects in the current company are limited to a 15 % appraisal and maybe a promotion

I am 30M with 2 cr in savings (across portfolio, no RE, all liquid) If I keep up with this rate I will hit 8cr (~1M USD) by 2027. I am living with my parents, married, no kids yet. Want to move out. Should I buy a house (purely consumption) now or should I wait 4-5 more years get more savings (hit my 8cr target) and buy then? If so, I would be renting out for the next 4 years and assume I would also have a kid by then. What are you thoughts? Also buying city would be Chandigarh Tricity ( keen on Panchukula) If any of the folks here have knowledge about the property rate there that would be great.

Given markets are at an all time high, what are some good stocks still undervalued and can give great returns?

Hey all! Quick question – who here has a housing loan and what are your interest rates? I got mine during COVID at a decent 7.4%, but now it's up to 10.52%. 😵 That's quite a hike, especially when I look at what other banks are offering. I'm thinking about switching. Anyone else gone through this or have any advice? PS: I did ask my bank to cut me some slack, and they dropped it from 11.10% to 10.42% once. But now, it's crept back up to 10.52%. Would love to hear your thoughts or if you've dealt with something similar!
