Should I snitch on my brother

I (22 M) and my brother (25 M) live with our parents on a different floor in the same house. My brother is a smoker. He started smoking in house only last 2-3 months. I can't handle the smell of smoke nor do I want to do passive smoking nor have I even touched a cigarette in my life. I have told him multiple times to not do it. I have even blackmailed him that I will tell parents and ask them to deal with it. My parents don't drink or smoke.
Should I tell my parents to make him stop?
I feel I have grown up and this is kinda childish way to solve problems.

Try some of these at your own risk: 1. Throw some of those cigarettes around in your parents house 2. Break the cigarettes and keep it back in the pack 3. Pick up candid photography as a passion and start at home. Take his pic and paste it on the cigarette pack in the warning section 4. Install a smoke alarm in his room 5. Replace the tobacco in the cigarette with pudina leaves As you can see I'm bored and creativity is at its peak

1. Your parents already know he smokes. They always find out. 2. If your brother is still doing tobacco and not weed consider yourself lucky. 3. Get an air purifier in your room and his room and ask him to pay for it
