Should I switch?

Currently, I'm employed at Cognizant, with 2.5 YOE in developing AI chatbots and other AI applications using Microsoft Azure cloud services. My current ctc is 9Lpa. Should I stay with Cognizant or consider switching for a higher salary?

I think you should. AI is currently booming, you can get pretty good hike now. Once the market saturates, you might not get the same.
