Software engineering vs product management

Hi! I'm a fresher with about 5 months of work ex. I have previously interned as a PM and now I'm working as an engineer. I'm struggling to choose between software engineering and product management. How should I take a call?

You can shift from engineering to product quite easily. The vice versa is impossible.

Some engineering experience will help with product management in future. So maybe keep at engineering for few years. Prod management is very fuzzy role which might leave you without much hard skills .
