Some tips and templates for Cold Mailing

With the present market situation, nowadays you don't even get an OA Link/Interview call even though applying with a referral, no wonder how good my portfolio is. On-campus placements are a bloodbath. Good knows how they shortlist candidates. Almost the same name in every list. Meanwhile, I discovered cold mailing. Saw some posts where they got internships via cold mailing. Need some good templates and tips for Cold mailing HRs, managers, and directors.

Accolite

Biggest Ref flag Accolite Digital

So I have been interning at Accolite Digital as an Swe. I got the opportunity via oncampus drive. They offered a 6 month internship+ FTE(8 lpa CTC and 3 lpa as retention bonus). After 4 months of internship they randomly terminated internships of 10 interns stating their performance was inadequate which was complete bullshit as I knew those interns worked really hard. Later the HR told us that they have reduced the retention bonus from 3 lpa to 2 lpa without having any discussion with us. After 6 months of internship they again forced around 20-30 interns to hand over their resignation as they have found better opportunity but the reality was that they didn't have projects to allot to them and didn't want to display it as layoffs. After all this shitholery they gave the rest of us an extension of 2 months till 15th of October and today they told us that they have further extended our internship till December. During this period of time I worked my ass off for this shit organisation and worked late at night to connect with the client. They only paid us 20k as an internship stipend and expected us to be present at the office all 5 days a week. The worst thing is that I initially had 5 job offers in hand and I had to reject them all to accept this one. They also have 1 year of bond which they won't wave off. I am literally shattered and actively looking for better job opportunities as a SWE fresher with 8 months of internship experience. I would beg the community to please like this post as much as they can so that someone who is actively hiring who could see this. Also if any of u guys have any openings at ur firm please do consider me!!

Suggestion for fresher

Hi everyone , I graduated this year in May from an IIT but from an earth science branch . I have around 1 year of experience as an intern in different companies, including as a Japanese AI company . In college, I have a very low GPA ( < 6.5), so on campus was practically impossible ( I did get an offer :) ) .In my final semester, I worked at a service based company based out of Germany as an intern, which hired indian devs ( you know why ). So, I got an offer from them around 20 LPA( all base) remote. Culture is good, no micromanagement or odd working hours, and people are helpful. I work around 45 hours per week .But They have fried 4 dev in the last 3 months citing 'lack of ownership'. I tried to get an offer from other companies but couldn't find much success due to market conditions and branch .I have been working for around 5 months, managing a social app in react native and expo that was created when I was intern . I code and handle other tasks like creating tickets, scoping requirements, and reviewing intern code. I also work on Backend, Database, and a react based web app, too sometimes. I have a feeling that as the product is mvp, I am not working on scale, and nobody cares about optimization for all large scales or complex devops, design patterns, or even basic caching . Instead, we really on managed services like codebuild or fargate, which I do handle most of the time I will ask for suggestions from experienced folks that what should I do in this case should I actively try for new role or put effort in my job. ( Company is encouraging new dev to learn new stuff different from the regular job , for me, it's caching for this quarter ) Thanks for your time
