Just watch shark tank and dragons Den. You'll also have the benefit of watching older episodes and seeing how the businesses played out later. Very good macro level discussions on unit economics, market at the time, innovation etc.
Spoiler: even funded companies end up shutting shop in 5-10 years. Very few survive more than 10. They are valuable case studies.
