Strategy profile pay in Indian startups for 6 YOE?
Trying to get a salary estimate for strategy roles. Is it fair to say 55-60lpa is the norm for someone with 6 YOE? I am referring to series B+ startups in the Indian ecosystem.
What would you do for strategy at an Indian startup?
Fancy way of saying “burn hard grow fast”?
55-60 fixed is a fair range; you can command a higher range though if you are from MBB
