A nice pack of indian dry fruits is also a great option
Do you had any conversations with the team regarding India or local things, what they like and dislike, e.g if food was topic then take some eatables or if clothes was topic then take some clothes
We don't talk much about India, and I am not sure if food would be a good option

U could get them something from the gifting category of PHOOL, some aesthetic chai mix/pack, fudge from bombay sweet shop (will come in a nice packing), u could also checkout fabindia (lots of categories depending what u have in mind), forest essentials (a luxury indian personal care brand)
