Hi,
Am from tech background have 10+ years of experience. Have goal/interest in managing a mid size company with around 1000+ employee as a CXO professional in coming 5 years.
I know this is not easy as someone who has no exposure in finance/marketing/sales etc because tech itself is not enough to run a business and sales and finance experience is also required for it.
What all resources in finance should I delve into depth so that I can understand minutes of business so that someone like me from a tech background can somehow think of target to run a business and prepare for it.
Can not go for top mba so kindly suggest me something so that I can learn and do it through self study.

Hire part time / virtual CFO or a CA firm, difficult to get practical knowledge from books / courses so leave it to the experts
