Suggestion

I am actively looking for new opportunities. I have 1 year of experience, i have been trained on java full stack and currently working in dev role but it is not a good project l, very less learning and same work again and again.can anyone suggest what I should learn to get a better offer and switch to better companies. Or can you help with referrals. Thanks
