Suggestion needed

I have given interview in UST Global and also selected but i have mentioned that my LWD day is June 25 but i have not even resigned. Can you pls suggest how i can handle this situation and what i should say to HR.

Can you add more info? What's your notice period? Do you want to join UST or just using it to get leverage? Do you plan to actually resign?

I was in the same situation some days back and I was able to handle the HR. I may be able to help you here.

Notice period is 90 days, i want to switch with some good offer and WLB but didn’t get any calls due to this 90 days notice, so only I mentioned as serving notice.

If you are determined to join UST then you can talk with both ends, let your manager know about the offer and check if there is any option for buyback. Meanwhile, try to buy more time from HR stating that your resignation is not yet confirmed as your manager is yet to confirm with skip manager. Best wishes.
