Switching Company

I'm an intern at a startup where they use laravel for the backend. The way they work, I don't find it better to stay there. The company has an employment bond. As of now I have signed the bond only for internship. Is it better to switch to other companies?

Just switch companies it’ll not be a dent if intern shifts to other company. And all companies run from court cases if it comes to that
