TCS RTO impact on variable
Does RTO below then 60% impact the quarterly variable or not ?
I am very happy to stop going to the office instead of off to reduce my variable pay that is my half salary that is equal to my three month petrol and food expense
They never provide cab. They want people to stay 9 hrs in office and now linking VP to rto is a cheap strategy.
They never pay full VP already and now have got another reason to starve on employee's VP
This is how they are showing profits.
After receiving revised compensation this month my salary has become as same as 5 years back
A huge deduction i never expected this time
