Hi, I got this offer from HSBC IT Technologies. I'm now working in TCS as a GCP Data Engineer. I started in TCS as a fresher and after 3+  years, TCS CTC is 4.82 lpa. Now HSBC is offering me 9 lpa + variable pay. 
Should it be a correct decision for me to accept the offer? What you all suggest?

I'm a BCA 2024 graduate, I got an offer from TCS as Graduate Trainee for 2.8 LPA.

I'm thinking of joining it and upskilling myself and leaving after the probation period( 1 year).

As of now, I'm mid at coding, but I can pick it up fast, should I join TCS and upskill myself or should i spend the next 6 months on my skill then apply somewhere else?

The current CTC is 8.2(7.53 fixed, 45K variable+20k insurance benefits). The offered CTC at Accenture is (9.6lpa fixed + 2 lakh variable +15k insurance +12k internet allowance+ 16k gratuity for each year of service..

Do not join TCS at the early stage of life with a low salary with expectations that it will grow after a year or two as promotions are very slow. 
If you are getting a role with a salary up to the mark go ahead but the promotions and hike totally depends on the project. As I know the hike at TCS is between 2% to 5%.
Also promotions do not depend on your performance, even if you perform outstanding you might end up getting a 2% hike. Not worth it right. 
Promotions totally depend upon your behavior with your TL and manager. Even if the person does not work but does the chamchagiri of them it works. 
Once the project you are working in RAMPS Down the RMG people helps to ruin your life after that. RMG in Tcs needs proper training to allocate the manpower to proper process.
