TCS to HSBC, a right path?

Hi, I got this offer from HSBC IT Technologies. I'm now working in TCS as a GCP Data Engineer. I started in TCS as a fresher and after 3+ years, TCS CTC is 4.82 lpa. Now HSBC is offering me 9 lpa + variable pay. Should it be a correct decision for me to accept the offer? What you all suggest?

I would suggest you to do some bargain as below 10LPA it would be benificial or HSBC not for you or else give more interviews and show the offer letter from HSBC for higher CTC.

Should I switch to accenture?

Hi everyone,

I received an offer from Accenture today with the following breakdown:

• Fixed: 9.4 LPA • Variable: 1.97 LPA (21%) • Total CTC: 11.3 LPA • Level: 10

Currently, I’m working at TCS with a CTC of 7.9 LPA (1 LPA variable)...
