I’ve been an Infy employee for ~5 years and I see how much they “walk the talk”. NRN has done some pretty great things, but the reality is his company is just a basic IT sweatshop where they do a shitload of malpractices and try to justify with their “C-Life @ infosys” bullcrap.
I’d say, work however much you wanna work. If you feel you’re compensated fairly beyond your normal work hours, then do so. If you wanna work on your own gig, by all means put in the hours.
But, never even for a second clock in 1 additional minute for these corporate sycophants who can’t even pay their employees a decent livable wage well even in 2023.
