Too much expense

I have moved to a new place for starting my job and this is incurring a lot of expense. I have never spent such amount of money in my life. Getting tensed because of this. I have been living with my parents till now so expenses never felt that heavy. Any suggestions to cope with this ?

Luckily my rent share is only 14k. But still overall it crosses 50k. I'm bit sloppy on food department. 🍕

You’ll build muscle to spend. It’ll take sometime. And once you’re on the treadmill of spending, you’ll love it :)

Plan your expenses before hand.
Set aside mandatory expenses and/or needs.
Set aside how much you plan to save and also for what.
And then use the remaining money to do casual spend.

And take into account the percentage of income that you are setting aside. That will also make you realise if any of these spends are unrealistic.
