I personally don't know someone working there right now, but have met with a few people who worked there earlier (IITD graduates from mid 2010s). They definitely were smart folks, and at the time regarded Tower Research well, they worked there for many years.

I'm an SDET 3 with 9yrs of experience and working in London for the last 3 years. 
I've got an opportunity to change my employer which is offering a £72k package. 
Also, I have an offer of 28L in Bangalore city and I'm sure I can get at least a bit more than this (around 32-33L)

I have a wife and a small kid and wife is also having a job here in London.

Hi Everyone I got an offer from Tekion corp, Bangalore for SDE-2 role.

Fixed- 22 Lpa
Bonus- 2 Lpa
RSU- 6000 Unit
Total TC Offered - 24 LPA (22+2) (Not considering stock option for now as its value is 0 as of now)

Yoe - 3.7 years (almost 4)
Current company am working - A product based startup organization.
Current Tc - 15 Lpa (all fixed)

Please review if anyone have any idea regarding it and is it worth considering Tekion among this market scenario?

Hi, I was recently contacted by DE Shaw recruiters for a SMT(S)( role in Test). I am currently a SDE2 at Amazon and make 60+LPA. Does anyone have any idea what is the max/min salary band of SMT. I want to give their interviews but the amount of money will decide the preparation.  All my research says that they won't be able to match(forget hike) my current compensation.

Creating a thread for SDET / QA salary comparison as I cannot find many

Hi everyone recently got job offer. And here is the what I'm getting.
Is it good.

Job role : SDE1
Tech stack : Nodejs, React, AWS, DevOps
CCTC: 6.5 all fixed 

Offer CTC : 8 fixed + 4 L ESOP + 1 to 1.5 performance bonus

Is it worth it.

I will be getting another offer 8.5 fixed.

How to negotiate for that.

It's is first switch and I was laid off in Feb.
I'm moderately good at problem solving and have LC : 1600+
CF : 1450+

Please share your view.
I'm really open for suggestions.
