CEO mass hires from colleges targeting internship opportunity crowd and promising them full time based on performance. Poor students fall in this trap.

Here is how the CEO, Muskan Rastogi makes people perform

  • Promises office timing from 11am to 8pm but force employees till 11pm at night

  • Holds the original documents of school / college certificates and uses that as a way to blackmail employees if they wish to leave

  • Asks employees to pay from their pocket if they leave in month (usually by this time employees find the company is shitty toxic, but get mental torture that the company has certificates held)

  • CEO Promises on time payment of salaries but has never come on time

  • Deducts LOPs unreasonably if questioned

  • Shouts and yells at employees to establish dominance at office

  • Has zero empathy on employees.

The mistake is squarely on the college that allowed such companies to come. I went to a T1 college, and for internship joined such company. On the second day i realised this is shitty. So using contacts got another internship and switched over. Not everyone has this blessing. Colleges need to help students by acting as a filter from such toxic companies. I hope the college blacklisted them after the first time.
