Hi All, would love to hear your thoughts/ideas/strategies on how to switch from a Senior Customer Success Manager role to a Product/ Project Manager role. 
Brief background - Total Work-Ex 9 years (2.5 years in IT services pre MBA + 6.5 years in Sales/KAM/Customer Success post MBA).
