I am a technical support engineer with less than two years of experience in the industry. I am working in tier 2 support where it's not much of telecommunication but is fairly technical, tool based though and I feel the urge to switch to an SDE role as i feel my knowledge base is getting restricted to a mere tool than the technology around.
