Two job offers currently

I have two job offers currently with 13.5lpa and 15lpa for 5yrs of experience. 13.5lpa is from TCS and 15lpa is from Wipro and also waiting for another offer from Toyota where they told 13.5lpa fixed they can provide. Also I still have one more month of notice period. Which one should I prefer?? Also can I negotiate with salary offer of other with Tcs??

Having worked in both TCS and Wipro, I would suggest you to not consider Wipro.

Once you join in these moving forward you will be offered less hikes. Try to negotiate as much as you can and go for the highest one. And keep trying for a better ctc than that. If you are 5 years experienced professional then probably you have more financial commitments.

I'm being lowballed. What should I do?

The company I used to work for recently shut down and I just received my first offer from a sizeable unicorn. I am being massively low-balled (20% cut). And on top of it, it's an exploding offer. I have a couple of interviews lined up (they start after May 28th) but at the moment, this is the only offer I have. What should I do? 1. Hard negotiate? Leave the offer on the table if it doesn't work out. 2. Soft negotiate. Get the offer. Interview with other companies and try to get a better offer before joining (feels wrong) Things to consider: - I have 10+ months runway - Last cash comp was 24L at 2.5YOE I'm leaning towards 1.

Help in Salary Negotiation

Hi fishes, I have 3 yoe as Java, Spring Boot developer. I am serving notice period and current ctc is 7.92 LPA (6.48 fixed). I have an offer from Infosys 12 LPA (I guess 10.1 fixed) and today I'm gonna have a call with HR from DBS for offer negotiation. I am planning to ask for 15 Fixed. Please suggest me if I am asking for a reasonably fixed salary. Can I also ask for a joining bonus?? Kindly pen down any suggestions. #DBS #Infosys

I have cleared the Accenture interview for management level 9. My current CTC is 9, how much of a hike should I quote as expected? Neither I want to earn less with 5 years of experience nor do I want to be layed off first.
