Like the most basic thing people are posting and making it sound like they discovered something huge or they’ve found some crazy insights. Everyone is trying to build their own LinkedIn brand and it’s just become frustrating. A lot of recruiters/founders still put out hiring posts on LinkedIn Some funny posts - - All founders acting like they’ve achieved something huge by being on the Forbes/times now/etc 40 under 40 list - Today someone posted about the business model of Shyamji Chole Bhature - People copy pasting the same fake stories

The cringe post on LinkedIn about getting a job at Bigtech

Ranting. Just read a post about how a super-human struggled with the interviews and finally got an offer from Bigtech. That super-human wrote a whole damn essay on it and received 30000 likes. I knew it would upset me if I read the whole thing but they did it anyway. Now, I’m depressed. I have removed all 14 of my connections who liked and commented on this post. Any other workaround to cure my depression? CTC: 30LPA

i'm a '23 cse grad - offered 60LPA (fixed) + variable (up to 3x of base) as a quant researcher. this offer is strictly "off-campus" (i come from a tier-3 college) and is a result of me switching careers. am i high-balled? low-balled? note: i used to make 30-40LPA as a freelance writer in college before this.
