Using Company provided therapist
If I go to a therapist provided by the company. Will the company know why I went to the therapist? Is it a good idea?

Let go of what the company knows or doesn’t know. Just take leverage of the therapy and out your best foot forward while on work.

NEVER. They are probably collecting info that they can use as leverage against you.

I also feel the same
Why do you even care if the company will know. F them and just move forward.

No, the company won’t and cannot know because it’s confidential information. The company won’t have any legal rights as well to know that information and even the therapist will not share it, since it is highly unethical.
Mann , at this stage ( critical or not ) think about only yourself , you matter in the end, Why are you even giving a second thought about if the company gets to know bla bla , opt for therapy if needed, get well, everything else can wait. You don't want to be the smartest and richest person on a hospital bed. Think for yourself dude .

Bro if you are concerned about privacy, would suggest not take company therapist. Took that route after an incident when I was going through shock and ptsd after getting physically assaulted, few days after therapy sessions - parents got a call from company HR, and VP connected with me about my mental health and situation. Embarrassing to say the least
