Variable pay @Accenture

Hi coders, Want to know how much Accenture pays as Variable pay ? They said you will get 0-21% Variable pay. #accenture

They say 0-21% but the maximum you will get is 18% that too with exceptional performance. Otherwise it's 8% - 12%
