Views on Pega (lowcode BPM tool)- Grapevine

At present i feel like I’m struck in my career. Was just thinking of upskilling in different areas rather than my current tech (Pega platform- a nocode low code bpm tool) . Its been 2years in same company started as a fresher. I feel like i need to shift to other company but problem is i didn’t upskilled upto the mark in different domains and for shifting in cueerent domain my company is best in market for using pega.

Just need some advice. TIA

Hi all,
I am planning to learn Pega in a training institute in some few weeks. I want to know the truth and scope of this before entering

I have heard some employees just did training with unreleveant 2 years experience in another field and then got placed.

The same person after 2 years attended an interview in cts and got 20 lpa (with just 4 years of experience). Their onsite employees are getting 1 cr a year abroad.

Is it really true that pega skilled employees are earning this much and
if we learn and apply this same approach,can we get a higher CTC?.

Im from oracle database background(a tech with 4 yrs experience)and thinking of moving? Will it be a worth to learn or is it a risk learning Pega(non tech) or do i need to learn some other technology (cloud,big data,data engineer etc...) for high ctc?

Pls reply....you inputs are highly appreciated

Today I realized that I'm dependent on chatGPT for writing code and debugging. The problem is that I am a college student (5th sem). I am starting my career using these tools which might not have been the case for anyone who is a little older. Is it an advantage for our generation or a handicap?
