What are the best benefits or perks that your company offer?😍

I believe upskilling / sideskilling is extremely important to remain competant and relevant in the tech world. And employers should invest into providing these resources (like access to Udemy/Coursera/Udacity/LinkedIn Learning etc.) to their employees during work because this also improves the quality of their workforce. What perks does your company provides for upskilling? Would love to hear your thoughts. P.S.: My employer gives access to Udemy and Linkedin Learning + there are some regular Advanced DSA tests + Code Review Mentorship programs + lots of other mentorships + options to do part/full time M.Texh/PhD (many of these are performance dependent)

Which companies have great perks - good free food, free cab, etc. especially in the Bangalore office? Mention in comments.

Have you ever received any perks or benefits from your company’s clients? For instance, from a tool that your company uses, like freshworks or hubspot. By benefits, I don’t mean company employees insurance, upskilling, therapy, etc. i am curious if anyone offers employee-focused benefits via client-company relationships? What would it entail? From one of the recent GV posts, I figured out that healthy food (free obviously) when offered, can act as a great perk for group of people. Let’s see whatever perks and benefits people are getting at wherever they work. Magnitude may not matter, however we may find out something really unique and different, which other companies aren’t focusing on. Kindly share your take on the pros and cons of it. Anyone and everyone can participate in this. Besides salaries, let’s see the added benefits, perks etc right from an early stage startup to whichever MNC possible. TIA. 😇

What do these people really value as benefits? It can range from anything such as discounts on Uber to a free IPL Cricket match. What are some things that would make them go "Bro I want this" or make them "tweet" or talk about it to their friends/ work colleagues?

I want to understand what are some perks one can ask for or settle for if the salary offered isn't very satisfying but the company and product is good. Consider it's WFO

I'm curious, what kind of perks that a company offers ( WFH, Systems, Leave etc ) are important for you and which aren't and would impact your decision to join a company. I feel I've taken a lot of these things for granted in my career and now that I talk to some of my friends, some of these things do impact your general psyche after joining a company.
