Hey folks, I was part of this small startup where I started off earning 15,000 INR for the first five months. Later, my salary bumped up to 25,000 INR per month. The odd thing? Hi guys I was let go last week of June because project did not go well and company didn't have bydgets. Entire team was let go. However when interviewing in last week of June I mentioned to the hr my project is not going well and can leave anytime and I didn't mentioned already I have finished my role. They might offer me a job now in July. I didn't basically tell HR at the start on this. Will I still be ok?  If i show my resignation and last day as same because my previous company mentioned that it will reflect in my experience letter, will it be an issue?

The company haven’t paid us 3-6months of salary saying that there’s a delay in raising VC funds. They also didn’t pay TDS and gave us Form 16 for ITR. 

I reached out to our client company where I worked briefly and they were happy to offer me a job there. I’m dangerously out of money in savings and it’s still uncertain in my current company about any funds. So I have given a early date to him because I really need their salary and joining bonus to survive actually. I thought I can immediately relieve from my current company as I don’t have finished projects and haven’t involve in new. But they are not responding to my calls and mail requesting for immediate resignation.

Hi guys. I am working in a front end IB role with KPMG. 
There is a lot of movement going on here among BIG4s in terms of people poaching. One of the other Big 4 is poaching our 10-15 partners and ~130 professionals. My team partner has communicated to us that he has made his decision to move. Now he is having a one-on-one conversation with all of us regarding the terms and conditions.

My questions to all of you is:
1. What options do I have?
2. What monetary benefits can I expect and how much should I ask for?
3. If I say no to moving, can KPMG ask me to leave the job since my team has left?

Cleared all rounds and feedback was great, before releasing offer letter, HR sent an email asking for lot of documents - current company’s offer letter, increment letter, other offer letters that I hold, resignation acceptance letter citing last working date, etc.  
is this normal?

Hello viner,
A co worker of mine has been put on PIP by the company HR based on her managers feedback. Even though she got an average rating ,she did not get along well with the Manager and he got the HR to put her into PIP. HR here mostly follow what department leads tell them.

But there are some discrepancies :
1) HR has not formally sent her a email informing of the PIP procedure. This is all verbal
2) Her manager also hasn't given her any concrete milestones. He just said that she will be judged based on the feedback from fellow co workers.
3) Of late, the HR has been forcing her to resign even though the final date of pip period has not been reached.

Is this the normal PIP procedure followed in your companies too? 
Or is there something suspicious here?
