When leaving company what to make sure you collect?

All the non- proprietary work you did. After a point it's damn painful to reinvent the wheel at new places. Now I have perfect folders with every thing. Any future project - isko follow Karo.

Oh yes that makes sense. In terms of documents/letter what else is important (actually it would be my first switch hence asking 😅)

  1. Appointment letter
  2. Relieving letter
  3. Form 16
  4. All the salary slips
  5. Appraisal letter if any
  6. Emails from higher ups appreciating your work

Relieving letter/experience letter If you are going for higher studies - loi
Taxes documents - TDS form 16 All the hike letters/promotion letter
RSUs/ESOP document
fnf document if that exists
