Payslips of minimum 3 months. Relieving Letter Experience Letter FnF statement
If it's your first switch, make sure your UAN is linked to your aadhar and all details on EPF portal are updated.
Submit- Investment proofs (HRA, 80C etc.)
Collect- Form 16 Relieving letter Experience certificate
What else would you add to the list?
