What is happening to our Judiciary?

Most unaccountable institution filled with MyLord culture & colonial privileges where you have to fight 41-year legal battle to prove you didn't steal Rs. 20.00 and undergo 27 year legal battle to prove you are not dead. Amount of benami property amassed by our 'MyLord' working in High Court & supreme Court will make our corrupt ministers look pale in comparison

Just watched Scam 2003... I simply wonder how easy it is to fool entire system if you manage to find a loopholes within it. And travesty is that instead of normal citizen of India, organized criminals like Satyam Kingpin Ramalingam Raju , Adani, Sharad Pawar , Rahul Yadav, Byjus etc. have full confidence in snail speed of Indian judiciary. Indian judiciary has become merely a circus where you have to fight 41-year legal battle to prove you didn't stole Rs. 20, 27 year legal battle to prove you are not dead... Sometimes I wonder our laws are intentionally made complex so as to enable big fish get their way out using loopholes

Now, driving on a flooded road is also a crime!

And yet some narcissistic "lawyers" will claim men still have an upper hand when it comes to laws in India. Utter rubbish. Marriage is a one sided contract favouring women through and through.

An update to the incident we were all angry about. Ultimately attention went away and this is what’s up. Makes me think, the courts would not have even tried the Nirbhaya case accused as adults had they been this rich. Makes me pukish.

I don't post such stuff, but man, some of laws in India are just archaic and dumb. And it's not just for Hindu's, Even Kerala HC (Christian complainant) and Allahbad HC (Muslim complainant) have argued the same.
