What is it like writing at Rubrik as SWE ?
Cleared all rounds. Waiting for offer letter. Looked up for employee reviews on Glassdoor and other platforms. Quite a mix of +ves and -ves. Not able to figure out if work culture is good or not. Some even pointed out they force you to work for 14hrs just because they pay you high CTC. I don't wanna be judging based on unverified reviews. If anyone here currently works or have worked at Rubrik in their Frontend Engg team, it would be great to drop some reality here. Don't wanna get stuck in a toxic culture like me last company and regret it everyday with no basic WLB 😅.
Cant say exact numbers. NDA shit.
Previously I was on a single digit between 5 and 8. Now its double that.

Single digit LPA salary? And now it is double?. I think rubrik is lowballing you. They pay 35-40 lpa base to freshers. You should get much more than just a double

Ohh damn. That's what I heard as well. I mean they are offering really good money, but at the expense of this...... That's why I'm not sure if I should take it up
Their base for freshers is 30lpa. You are working more but also getting more.

Did you accept the offer? How long did it take to get the offer letter after clearing interview?
I didn't receive any offer letter. Got rejected in final round because they were looking for a senior dev to work for the payscale of junior dev
