What is right salary in Infosys for 11 yrs Testing guy? Current CTC 14 LPA

In 3 months, I will get 4 years experience in software testing field. Previously I worked in a company for 1.5 years as a software tester and in last 2.3 years I'm working in Infosys. I have knowledge in java, python, selenium, testng and soapui testing. I also worked as a manual testing. I worked in JIRA and agile methodology. I'm good at manual testing too.. My current CTC is 5.65lpa. Shall I expect 12lpa in this current market as a 4 year experienced software tester? Is it possible? Let me know if any company can give 12lpa for 4 year experienced software tester.

Hello, my friend is currently working in TCS as a QA Engineer with 4.5 YOE and 5.5 LPA CTC. Hello received an offer from Infosys who also has the same client with the same project. Infy HR said that he'll be working for the same project and the team is also the same. Hello asked my friend for the expected CTC and he told 12LPA which he agreed immediately. What is the fair CTC for my friend? How can he negotiate the CTC now since he already told the expected CTC?
