What should I do after being in support role?
Hi Grapeviners, I would like to hear some suggestions on what should I do next. I am an non-IT engineering graduate, got into an MNC (witch) for 3.5LPA, was onboarded for a support role after clearing all mandatory trainings and tests, where majority of my work revolves around filling Excel sheets and scheduling support calls. After a lots of struggle I was relieved from that project(after 1year 5 months). After that I joined a python automation script development team
My current python team is going very well, i get to dirty my hands with code in python. It's been 6months in python team. Over all 2years spend in same company, when I try to switch for other company, I feel like I'm no where close to their requirements, my only skill is python application automation using respective modules, with months of experience.
Most of the roles I see are having different different combinations of tools and technologies.
I also know medium level DSA.
Please suggest what should I do so that I can switch companies.

Sorry for being truthful, the earlier the
realisation the better....or you have to upskill crazy but even then the roles would be entry level with peanut pay
WITCH is a menace to everyone who don't get good projects and role

Think of which life you want, and set your goals and choose your path.
Build your competencies, initial year may be a tough one. Once you build you can ride and mint money.
