Hi folks, I am currently working as a Frontend Developer at a Startup in Noida from last 11 months. So I have roughly around 1 year of Full time experience plus 3 months Internship experience which I did prior to this Job. Now again, I am hunting for a better offer(Current is 3.6 LPA). I gave some interviews of Delhi NCR based companies. Interview was good, and after interview HR again asked me about the Expected CTC. I told them for 6 LPA. So is it like more or less. I have given around 4-5 interviews. All of them doing the same nor they hired anyone yet(Checked LinkedIn page). Please help me.

Hello folks, I have 6.7 YOE in Frontend engineering and have been laid off at existing startup. My total CTC is 25LPA (22 fixed + 3 Bonus). I have cleared technical rounds at Publicis Sapient for Lead Frontend Engineer (Frontend React) and have salary discussion round tomorrow. I would like to know a decent ask for the same. I am thinking of 32 LPA (30% increase to 25 LPA). I would like to know if anyone has idea about salary at this level and if its a fair ask.

Waiting for appraisal form last 1 year, and management has cleared that we do not expect a magical raise this time, I will hardly get 25 - 30% this time. Should I wait for 1 more year here( product is good and work culture is best). Or look for another opportunity. How much salary should I expect from outside? I have good knowledge and worked on various things frontend, backend, ci/cd.

I started at a pre-rev startup for 10K per month internship as an app developer when I was in my 7th semester of engineering. By the 8th semester, i became a full time employee for 6LPA. That was about 12 months ago. I have great rapport with my CTO and CEO. I received an offer for 8LPA from a well known company, my current employer matched it. I received a counter offer for 11 LPA (10+1). Even though I like the people i don't feel overly optimistic about this given the market circumstances. Should I make the switch? Really very confused.

Hi Folks. I'm a Project Management Professional with 8 years of work experience in PPM, PMO, PM, GRC, TMO, etc. Very good experience in Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, JIRA, Project Management & PPM Tools. I've great EQ and IQ, and have always been the person to get the work done. Hold a TATA Value Award as well. Due to some unfortunate turn of events, I had to go through a bad phase and took time off for 2-3 months in early 2024. Now, I've got few offers but not happy with the offered CTC. I'm from core Engineering background and hold a Project Management Certification. My last drawn CTC was 20 LPA all fixed. Trying for >25 LPA.
Current Location is Kolkata and I can relocate to other cities. Looking forward to start my next employment soon and I'm in dire need of this. Could you please check and refer me for suitable opportunities? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks 🙏

I used to work in a early stage startup. Got selected from campus placement and they provided hefty fix pay(16 lpa) + 16 lpa ( spread across 4 years including esop and bonus) (totally fraud to come on day 0 in IIT). They now fired me. I interview at many startup and they are expecting too much from 6 months experience candidate. I am in between of offer from Deloite but they are only paying (11 lpa fix). What shall i do? According to market shall i take a downball or need to keep patience?

I am living in Kochi and my current CTC is 5.4lakhs. I have only been in my current job for 7 months and I have experience of 4 years. Recently I saw a job notification for a new job in a company where one of my friends works. Position is for Sr.Full stack dev. Even though I am really good at React, redux and javascript, It has been 2 years since I worked with node.js as a background and MySQL as db. I am confident that I can get the job done in backend. My issue is how much should I ask them as my CTC. Can it go upto 10lakhs or should I be contempt with 8 lakhs, I'm really troubled here. Can anyone help.

I have interned for an iot based start-up for 3 months. Following the completion of the internship period I was offered a full time offer and got a chance to negotiate my salary.
CTO offered me 4.8 LPA and I could only say that my expectations are around 6LPA knowing that other developers with the same experience are getting 7LPA +. Now I am feeling bad about not negotiating well (though my expectations were also around 7LPA). The CTO said he will see what he can do, and I doubt he will give me around 5.4-5.5. Now I don't know what to do, I've blundered in negotiation. 
Any tips on what I can do? I can't change job as I am a fresher with only 3 months of intern experience.
