What to say to HR during notice period

Hi All, For example while searching a job you will get one offer and you accept also then in the 2 months notice period if you get another offer from another company how to talk to first company ? How you guys are tackling this situation?

When looking for better opportunities post accepting an offer, is it good to tell recruiters that you are on a notice period when asked? Do recruiters consider good or bad? And how to reason why still looking for opportunities?

I have cleared the Tech Round and HR round at an MNC ,They said after that one Client round will be scheduled .Meanwhile I received an offer from another MNC.Can I call the first MNC HR and tell her I have received an offer and if she can schedule my round asap.

My HR has asked me multiple times if I have an offer from any other company. Should I inform her now or wait until my current company presents an offer and then reveal that I have another offer?
