What do u think the career trajectory will be for Native Mobile developers after 4-5 Years of experience? ( Android/Ios) 

Personally I think there are less senior/staff roles in india unless we pivot to BE or people roles we will not have an uptrend in our career. 

And what do u think about Hybrid frameworks ( like RN and Flutter) ? should we adopt them ASAP ? or not required to grow in the career ladder ?

21M in my final year, I have been doing frontend development for the past 2 years mostly into making hybrid apps. Currently working for a remote US startup which is paying more base than faang CTC. I am confused about what should I learn next. Two options which I have are Native app development i.e IOS and Android or backend development i.e full stack developer. I am finally starting my startup. I wanted to know which medium, App or Web to start with. We have already built MVP, and got the idea validated. The customer base is GenZ and millennials.

Confused about whether we should build an app first or web. Pls shed some light.

What to build: App or Web?

I have 7 years of experience and most of it is in react 
I have food experience in node and a few dbs

I wanted to pick something native language as I am seeing web being replaced by native in my own company 

My options were 
native android (kotlin) 
Flutter 
React native 

Ii know react native will be easier since I have react web experience but I want to know which of these will give me the best chance of getting a job

What is a good native framework for a react dev to learn in terms of jobs

I am non tech guy. So to gain some knowledge here is the question about coding.

Hi all, I've been into Android native mobile apps development for 10 years, initially the framework wasn't that good but in the last two years, it was wonderful with many many great architecture supports. Now my company is planning to move to Flutter due to the cost of ownership of app development and of course because of the fast development in Flutter. I worked in Flutter too for two years and it's kind of a great framework. Now I'm not able to figure out whether to stay in the same native or move to Flutter. Any suggestions would be very helpful for me.

Mentored folks/peers, cracked couple of offers from startups and other companies in the past. 
However, in my initial days I always wanted to be an ANDROID DEVELOPER, learnt Java, Kotlin Android Concepts till MVVM approach. 
Nowadays, as the Frontend domain is getting more cluttered, I'm thinking to move to Android domain considering the competition would be lesser there. 
Or start REACT NATIVE. 
Need some suggestion here.
