What's the salary in the market for functional project manager with experience of 5 years

Question in title. I’m hiring and wondering what’s the competitive salary for a PMM role with over 5 years of experience It’s getting a little confusing to associate a value given the current inflated salaries. Any leads will help!

Current organisation - Big 4 MBA from Tier Two college Total YoE = 7 Expertise - General Project Management nkt limited to one domain

I am PMP certified Project Manager handling multiple projects, with Total YOE 18, 10 inTCS..! I am paid 15 LPA in TCS. I want to ask for my Salary Rationalization to match current market value. Can you please guide me what is the current market value for this position? Thanks in advance everyone.

What's the salary range for PMOs & Project Managers with 7-8 years of experience in the current market? Companies like Verizon, Deloitte, EY, CGI, Here, ITC, etc. are not even discussing 20+ LPA. I've got some e-mails even stating budget constraints with figures of 15 LPA, etc. Based on the calls I'm getting, 99% of companies are asking me to settle down for 20 LPA max which I used to earn. I'm currently not working. Kindly share some insights and suggestions.
