Which TCS location is best for freshers?

I'm a BCA 2024 graduate, I got an offer from TCS as Graduate Trainee for 2.8 LPA. I'm thinking of joining it and upskilling myself and leaving after the probation period( 1 year). As of now, I'm mid at coding, but I can pick it up fast, should I join TCS and upskill myself or should i spend the next 6 months on my skill then apply somewhere else? I've heard TCS isn't for Freshers. help me out.🙃

Hey Folks, I'll be graduating in July and I have 2 offers in hand TCS and Accenture. I'm in a dilemma about which offer to choose because many IT professionals have mentioned that TCS doesn't have as many projects, and its work culture is not that good. I'm also considering the long-term growth prospects and career advancement opportunities offered by both companies. Additionally, I'm evaluating factors such as salary, benefits, location, and the alignment of the company's values with my own career aspirations. Need your help in choosing a good career friendly company and also long term growth as an individual.

I am passing out this year , I have a tcs offer(3.36 LPA) , whether I should join this or by looking at market conditions should I prepare for government exams( I am really tired by applying and not getting a response).

It has almost been 18 months since I have joined TCS. I was on the bench for a total of 5 months in the beginning, and finally got a project. I went to the office and my manager told me that it would take few days for document verification and security clearance. I was coming to the office daily but had nothing to do. I was getting anxious since I was just watching Youtube videos for almost a month. I wanted WFH but when I asked they said I had to come to office even if I had no work. Finally, I got a KT from someone working on the project. I came to realise that I was doing work that even a 9th class student can do. The problem? 5 people were doing this work. The problem? I was working 30 minutes a day. I had to come early to the office, login using my seniors login creds and do timepass work. I have to send an email to our point of contact at the client side that the work is done at the end of the day. I have learnt nothing here. I feel that these companies are just too inefficient. I am planning to leave ASAP now. I have learnt nothing and I am scared that I will not find another job because I have the Years of Experience but no skills. This is how IT companies destroy your career. Now I am doing DSA to get into another company.

Got 14yrs experience. I saw some reviews regarding less variable payout by tcs for higher bands. And, they reduce the salaries sometimes. Please share your thoughts and experiences for making the right decision
