Which are some brands' products that were in demand during the pandemic and HAVEN'T gone down in quality since then?

For me - Mokobara, Chaayos, Chumbak Looking to understand Indian brands that have done really well, and understand if it's the product being superior or brand/marketing being an outlier

There’s no way MamaEarth is worth 10,000 crores, I mean their products are shit, they don’t even manufacture their own products, they don’t have any patents. It’s essentially just a marketing company who have managed to sell mediocre products under the disguise of “toxin-free”. I really wished their IPO would fail 🥲

For me? Hivado was a really nice find. Loved their products a ton. Also, salt oral care products are great. Hivado is priced optimally but salt oral care is expensive. 💸 Now, the ads have reduced quite a bit and I hate that. Want to explore more D2C brands. What about y’all?

Just an open ended question on why are layoffs happening on such a scale. I personally feel the skill to salary ratio has fucked up so much lately that the companies are having to fire people who are essentially useless to them. More of liabilities than just assets! What do you think?
