Indian companies - WLB
Can anybody name some Indian companies with good work life balance ? Or is it a myth ? And no , I’m not looking at government jobs , just IT companies or companies with IT wings :)
Which companies in India are known to have good WLB? Please reply if you personally have had a great experience at a particular company or have heard first hand from a friend.
Don’t know about the rest but certain Fintech companies (eg. Acko, Razorpay etc) I’ve heard it’s great.
Great list
Never. Fintech is not that great for WLB. If regulator or compliance guys sneezes on Friday , your weekend will be hell.
I know it is surprising, but I think BYJUS Product and Tech team has a great WLB. Know some people who work there who loves their product culture
Important to add that Amazon is definitely not good on WLB :)
Fintech company called Kissht which does BNPL. They're also branding as Pay with Ring as that's their latest app. They have a good WLB for most people. Some teams tend to treat every request as a day 0 issue and over work but they are only a few such folks.
InMobi group companies are super chill for all tech (PM, Tech, DS). Handful of folks over work and that is most of the times driven by only those employees. Best WLB and easily complacent. Goes hand in hand.
Will definitely recommend BrainSightAI if you are onto machine learning in Health Care sector. They have some awesome people in here.
It has a very less number of employees right, I remember interviewing for this company
Yeah. Around 20.
Home has best WLB. Nothing better than that. Quit job and stay home.
Friends in product teams at Walmart and Microsoft feel that wlb is pretty great there
WLB is myth
First hand experience here. I love the work life balance here at Fidelity Investments . The best I have experienced in my past 10 years in the industry.
