I have an experience of 3 years and I am currently working in Morgan Stanley. My fixed is 15.93 Lacs. My question is should I switch to JP Morgan or any equivalent company which is in Mumbai and what is the comp that they can offer for me ? I am a resident of Mumbai so I am searching of more opportunities as a SDE in Mumbai location. Any help would be really appreciated.

What are the various components of ctc in JPMC?
Is gratuity and PF included in JPMC?
Also, what is the cutoff date for new joinee to be eligible for hikes and bonus in next upcoming cycle?
Also what is the notice period in jomc?
And one last thing, can laptop budget increase from 1100$ ? As I feel it is too low to get a decent laptop.
I have a Macbook pro in my current organisation and feels good to have the same one, is that possible?

I got an offer from splunk. The issue is last month I joined a banking MNC with 29 LPA as a fixed CTC.  

Right now Splunk is offering 22 LPA as base, 19 LPA as Retention bonus, and other benefits which makes my total CTC as 41 LPA. 

Not sure what to do? At one side I have a stable higher base pay job and on the other side a higher ctc and interesting job.

Should I join?

How do you define work life balance boundaries at work? Everyone in my team works 10-12 hrs daily, it’s business as usual for them. I joined recently and it’s very problematic for me, I literally get no time to do anything else. 
I fear, that if I highlight this I’ll be singled out. 
Some people even feel very proud in doing so which I don’t understand. Don’t they want to go back home to their family and spend time with them?
Please provide guidance on how to set these boundaries and am I thinking right?
