How to get started with it if you don't have any friends to play with? Also can you learn and get good at any age?

A gym memberships or home gym or something towards your physical health. No matter how healthy you are, your body needs to be more active since we spend most of our time sitting.

I would perhaps slap my past self and ask him to not study too hard for the JEE, take some time off and fetch more life experiences.

If you had the chance to go back in time and change one thing about yourself, what would it be?

I recently learned how to cook properly at 35, and it's been a game-changer. I'm saving money, eating healthier, and actually enjoying my meals. It got me thinking about other skills I wish I'd picked up sooner. 

What's a skill you wish you had learned earlier in life? Something that's made a significant difference in your day-to-day living or overall happiness?

Out on a walk and the weather is all grey,
Saw a Gulmohar Tree blooming with beautiful red flowers.

Chose to sit down on a bench in the garden, 
While sipping some Rasna, saw some kids hurling stones towards a Mango Tree.

They were hoping to get some Mangoes, still green and waiting to ripen but that wouldn’t stop them.

And I wondered, our old social circle has now dispersed, some went abroad to study and others work in different cities. 

Some friends even live in the same city and you meet them for drinks or food sometimes.

But we seldom do anything outside of Food, Drinks and Music. Can’t think of anything outside of these three things that you and your friends do.

Maybe, I’ll take some initiative and explore more group sports. Because, I don’t want my weekends to be the same bar with the same food and the same music on loop for the rest of my youth.

What about you all? What do you guys do on the weekend outside of this?

Feeling the Blues this Weekend, what else do you all do apart from going out, drinking and eating food with your friends?

I’ll go first, getting that old PSP, the one which had WiFi in built. Or maybe PlayStation 2 which was like 5k-6k back then.

Now, I could get a PS5 or buy games to play on my PC, but the feeling is lost. Just like my childhood.

I guess I lived a part of my childhood today. Went on a walk and had a Cornetto IceCream, which back then I didn’t have the money for and had to buy an Orange/Cola IceCream. Then, I walked around my society.

Saw a few kids playing football and instantly teleported back to when I was a kid.

Now that child is gone and the dream has too. 
But still, it feels good remembering that 5 year old me would be proud of adult me, and that’s what truly matters. 🥰

Is it too late to start learning a musical instrument after the age of 30? Many of us have had the desire to play and enjoy music for a long time, but it never happened. Life's demands and priorities often took precedence.

Now, I'm considering dedicating some time each day to learn and not necessarily become an expert, but simply enjoy the process. If there are any musicians here, could you suggest which instrument is easier to pick up? I'm thinking about a keyboard or piano. Also, is it feasible to self-learn by watching YouTube videos or taking online courses?

Why is tennis not so popular in India like cricket, why not many courts are there, why not many people play it?

Why there are no tennis academies as compared to Europe, for someone like me who admired tennis a lot, this actually hurts.

I had a dream to buy a gaming console since my college days or even before from the time I had seen console online on YouTube etc.
That time I used to dream about it how I am going to buy one and play all of the games and enjoy
After my job in 2021 I had enough money to buy one and I did bought PS5 at that time I was excited about that for about a month or two.But after that it's only downhill.
Not able to play any games because motivation is not there or I am over worked in my IT company.
Did anyone faced similar issue or games these days are not that good or maybe expensive?.

I might sound biased but hear me out.

Therepists are cheapstake businessmen/businesswomen anyway.

We are always questioned for sharing stuff

They pretend that they are listening to us but all they care about is their fees. They keep looking at the clock as to when the session would get concluded. They secreatly 

"But why would you blame all the therapists just because yours was toxic?". Nice question.

The moment you open up, they start drawing a perception. That point on, they only look down upon you as a person and consider you a massive loser. They might say the opposite but they dont really mean any of that.

My therapist, she went out of the way to convince me that I dont deserve to be loved. She pointed out that just because I feel too many things at once, I might have trouble emotionally satisfying a woman and should be okay with lonliness. She suggested me to play a sport, not because she wanted me to stay fit, but simply because "being sporty might increase my masculanity". I have never been good at sports (never interested me).  I have always been into music and poetry. I have been composing music since I was 16. I have no regrets. Why would you berate me just because my hobbies dont fit into a certain mould. I have heard enough from other people about not being sporty. 

Victim blaming must be stopped in the pretext of "only you can help yourself" or "work on those factors which you control".

Men cant reveal their problems to their friends and family as they would start judging them. They cant even share such concerns with their romantic partners because of the fear of losing them or sounding incompatible. And voila !
Medical therapy also turned out to be a sham for men.
